Panorama, literally means the direction energy, or prana.
From the outside perspective, are panorama breathing exercises, and this is how you define many. But while the practice of panorama requires the mastery of breath goes beyond this.
In my current practice of panorama can verify that at least three stages of panorama. The first stage is the practice, perception and the domain of external respiration, the following steps or stages are blurred, and should be recognized through the experience, otherwise you will be mere talk. The teacher’s role will be only that of a fellow road that goes a little ahead and we can verify the signal.
Parma is defined as gross or subtle energy that makes up kosha prana, body, or sheath of prana. This energy body is made up of thousands of nadis, or energy channels. The imbalance and blockages in these energy channels is because of imbalance in the physical body, while a proper energy flow causes health and emotional balance.
The real purpose of panorama, extend beyond the capacity of the lung and the physical body. They include among others the cleanliness of the nadis, the establishment of energy balance, and into states of calm and wellbeing deeper.
