Sitting relaxed with the spine straight, shoulders back, down, and together. Open your mouth lightly and inhale and exhale the sound haa at the back of the throat very lightly to become accustomed to this sound internally. Now close your mouth and begin to breath deeply through your nose only listening to the haa sound deep within your inner ears. Gently soften your eyes and close them lightly as you roll the eyeballs upward gazing just above the skull and visualize soft mists of golden light. Feel these soft mists of healing golden light slowly rain down upon you and surround you completely then foucs again just above the top center of your skull.

As you continue, let yourself relax into a deeper and deeper state - your breathing slows, your blood slows, your mind stills and everything comes in to harmony, your heart beat relaxes and slows, your blood pressure relaxes and slows, your muscles relax, your bones relax, your nerves relax, your tissues and fibers relax, everything relaxes and comes into harmony with your breath. Let yourself dissolve into breath, into the ecstatic and mesmerizing sounds of your breath. Let your face, lips, teeth, tongue and mouth relax, deeper and deeper in soft healing gold light, fill your body with breath and light. Listen for the subtle haa sound at the back of the throat as though it were a hollow reed, on your inhales and exhales, long slow and deep inhales and exhales - mouth is closed. Become aware of the sound of your breath as powerful ocean waves continuously flowing in and out of your body and being, become the tide of eternal healing lifeforce pranic energy as you inhale and exhale without interruption - allow the currents of lifeforce to open and heal throughout your body and being. Continue for 1 to 3 minutes, and when you are ready, slowly draw your awareness with all of this healing energy back into your body, sit quietly for a moment, gently open your eyes, stretch, move gently at first. Enjoy! Love & light.
